Front-line membership services position responsible for warm and helpful responses to NSCDA members and headquarters visitors. Provide daily reception and operational support, answering phone & email inquiries and welcoming appointments. Ensure accurate and prompt updating of NSCDA member database. Support meeting registrations, preparation, and follow up. The Member Services Assistant is a 30-hour week, non-exempt position, with full benefits provided. This position provides critical support to the Executive Director—managing the administrative flow of the Executive Office. The Executive Assistant will assist the Executive Director with confidential materials for the organization and will manage cross-departmental projects with a primary focus on increasing operational effectiveness. The Executive Assistant is a part-time, non-exempt position, approximately 18 hours/week, with sick leave and transportation benefits provided.
